What INZBIZ will never store

No client lists, no policy numbers, no medical history. The absence is architectural, not a policy promise — there is no field anywhere in the product to put them in.

A marketing shelf, not a CRM

INZBIZ holds your own details because they are printed onto the posters you export. It holds your orders, your Elite Pro unlocks, your favourites and your Ask AI threads because those are yours.

It holds nothing about the people you meet. There is no client record, no policy number, no proposal form, no nominee, and no medical note anywhere in the schema.

Why the absence is the feature

A marketing tool that quietly accumulated a book of business would become a liability for everyone attached to it — you, us, and the families in it. The safest version of that data is the version we never took.

It also means Ask AI has nothing of that kind to leak. It answers from approved INZBIZ material, cites what it used, and says it cannot answer rather than inventing a premium.
