What INZBIZ stores about you, and what it deliberately does not.

What we hold
Your mobile number, name, designation, optional email, optional second mobile and website link, your language preference, and the profile photo you upload. These exist because they are printed onto the posters you export — that is the whole product.
We also hold your subscription and order history, your Elite Pro page unlocks and token balance, your favourites, and your Ask AI threads.
What we never hold
No client lists. No policy numbers. No proposal forms, medical records, or nominee details. No sales pipeline. INZBIZ has no field anywhere in it for another person's insurance data, so there is nothing of theirs for us to leak.
Who sees it
INZBIZ staff can view your profile to support you, and every such view is written to an audit log with a stated reason. Staff cannot change your mobile, your password, or make a payment as you.
Payments go to Razorpay; we receive an order id, a payment id, and a status. We never see your card or UPI credentials.
Deleting your account
Ask in the app or over support and the account is closed and its sessions revoked. Invoices are retained as long as Indian tax law requires; everything else goes.
